SEVERE WEATHER CONDITIONS.
The committee of Management discussed this issue at their Committee meeting Tuesday 25th November.
It was agreed that if the Met Office advised that travel in our area
WAS NOT RECOMMENDED (AMBER OR RED WARNING)
Then the club would take the following action:
The Club would give as much warning as possible by email or telephone to the Sponsor of the affected teams that their games will be cancelled for the session affected.
It will be the responsibility of the Sponsor to advise their team members of this.
The Sponsor will be advised at a later date of a re-scheduled date and time for the game to be played.
